Bank holidays and special opening hours 2026

Flammkuchen Profi is based in Rhineland-Palatinate. Our special opening hours apply on national and regional public holidays.

From May to the end of October, our factory shop is open on public holidays from 09:00 to 11:00. From November to the end of April, the factory shop remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Deliveries cannot be dispatched on bank holidays. The overview will help you plan your collection or order.

Hire Flammkuchen ovens and accessories ex works

We offer a stove hire service ex-works for events, corporate functions, wine festivals, festivals, weddings, birthdays and garden parties. Subject to availability, you will receive a suitable Flammkuchen stove, accessories and Flammkuchen of your choice.

Please enquire about the kiln hire at least 2 weeks in advance. This allows us to reliably coordinate the kiln, accessories, collection and return.

Our flammkuchen with crème combine creativity and convenience: you benefit from the consistently high quality of our pre-baked flammkuchen bases with savoury crème and can decide for yourself which ingredients you would like to feature on your flammkuchen creation. Our classic flammkuchen with crème are also optionally available in organic quality upon request.

Alsatian feeling for everyone

The organic vegan flammkuchen with onions and „Schmeckt“ is a plant-based alternative to the Alsace-style flammkuchen: featuring a high-quality soya-based flammkuchen crème, onions, chives and savoury soya protein strips ('Schmeckt') as a bacon substitute. These give our vegan flammkuchen the typical hearty, smoky taste of Alsace.
