Flammkuchen with onion & tasty

Alsatian feeling for everyone

The organic vegan flammkuchen with onions and „Schmeckt“ is a plant-based alternative to the Alsace-style flammkuchen: featuring a high-quality soya-based flammkuchen crème, onions, chives and savoury soya protein strips ('Schmeckt') as a bacon substitute. These give our vegan flammkuchen the typical hearty, smoky taste of Alsace.

Alongside the Alsace-style flammkuchen, it is the most popular among our classics.
